And so it begins................

Here I am sat at my table on a wet and rainy June. It seems to always rain up north, that's one thing I've noticed since moving up here from London. What's the weather like today? Oh,' rain! Tomorrow? Fucking rain! Like bro, its literally meant to be summer soon, what's going on? What do you mean you gave us two days in May at 30 degrees and we hit our limit for the year!!

Anyway, I'm sat here pondering my life choices and thinking was it worth going bank at my work, so I could focus on a baking business that might not get me anywhere. I might just end up fat and penniless, gorging on my bake's - they are tasty if I don't say so myself.

This is my first ever blog, don't know if it's any good, what I'm supposed to write on this journey, or if anyway will ever read it. But here I am doing it anyways.

Tomorrow I will trying out some new bakes that could appear on the menu depending on the taste test from my children.... sometimes I question whether they are the best people to ask.....One of my children used to eat paper and her foam mattress( which we later discovered after hospital visits was called pica, you will all be pleased to know she is now 15, and too my knowledge no longer swallows strange items) and I've watched my 6 year old lick blu tac ( couldn't possibly eat any fruit or veg though).
